Good morning from a perfectly sunny day in Markham.
Voting is now complete, the counting of the ballots ran all night long.
The party has confirmed the results of the first ballot will be released any moment. This will happen riding-by-riding.
To kick off the big day, Frank Klees held an outdoor breakfast tailgate party.
Registration is busy and media are starting to assemble.
Even the Liberals are in on the action – handing out nasty attack buttons. Clearly they’re running scared. They should be. United and strong, our party will be victorious in 2011.
Unfortunately I have been unable to attend the PC Party Convention in Markham, as I am presently out of the country. Kudos are due to the party organiaers for keeping the membership fully apprised through the feed: United and Strong – Convention Overview. I am waiting to see the results for the first count, here in San Diego, California. Cheers, John.
